Our Philosophy

A "tradition of excellence". Different times, same family, but one belief has been handed down through the years and that is to always look to provide just a little bit more, for each and every customer. Beginning with the finest ingredients, to the quantity of servings, to the family feel, a visit to Ponzios will not disappoint.

When times are toughs, some businesses will look to "cut corners", not at Ponzios. Their food is made with the freshest ingredients, with quality always at the top of the list. All baked goods are made fresh on the premises seven days a week, and all meats, fish and vegetables are inspected carefully before any items make it to a customer's table.

When asked how he would like each customer to feel after finishing their meal at Ponzios, owner Nick Fifis put it this way:
"When they finish eating and are headed to the parking lot, I hope they feel the same way they do after a big family meal with their loved ones; happy and satisifed, with a longing desire to come back soon!"
